3. How long do the LED lights last?

Our LED shoes are designed with long-lasting rechargeable batteries. On a full charge, the LED lights can last up to 2-3 days, depending on the brightness and mode you select.

4. How do I charge my LED shoes?

LED shoes come with a USB charging cable that you can use to charge the shoes. Simply connect the cable to the charging port (usually located inside the shoe or on the sole) and plug it into a USB port. A full charge typically takes about 2-3 hours.

5. Are the shoes waterproof?

Our LED shoes are water-resistant, but not fully waterproof. While they can withstand light rain or splashes, we recommend avoiding excessive exposure to water (such as submerging them in water or wearing them in heavy rain). Always allow your shoes to dry out completely before recharging.

6. How do I clean my LED shoes?

To clean your LED shoes:

  • Use a soft cloth to wipe the exterior of the shoes.
  • For the soles, use a mild soap and warm water.
  • Avoid soaking the shoes in water, as this could damage the LEDs or battery.

8. How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple! Just:

14. My shoes arrived damaged. What should I do?
