Returns And Refund

Please complete the form below to request an RMA number.

1. If our buyer is not satisfied with the product or recieved damage product then the full refund or exchange both will be made within 30 days from the delivery time.

2. Returns of the products should be in the unused condition with all packaging intact and original tags.

3. Your full money will be credited back to his/her payment source within 1-2 days, once we have received the items and quality check is done.

4. For your successfull return, fill in the Return Form which is available in the "Returns" section under your Theledshoe.com Account. The Reverse Pick up facility is available for limited pincodes.

5. Refund of shipping charges are not applicable if there is any. We will pay for your cost.

6. If you choose to self-ship to us then you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all the self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.
