Return Policy We accept returns on unused and unworn shoes within 30 days of the original purchase date. If you’re not satisfied with your LED shoes, simply follow the steps below to return them and receive a refund.
Conditions for Returns The shoes must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Shoes should not have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way. The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. We recommend trying your shoes indoors to ensure they fit before wearing them outside. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Products marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase. Shoes that have been damaged or used outdoors. Custom or personalized items (if applicable).
How to Return Your LED Shoes
Request a Return Authorization: To begin the return process, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] or use our Return Portal (link to portal, if available). Include the following information in your email:

After receiving return instructions, securely pack your shoes in their original box with all the accessories and documentation (e.g., user manuals, charging cables, etc.). Make sure to include your proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Ship the Item Back: Use the shipping label provided by us (if available) or send your return to the following address:

Please ensure the return is properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Return Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If you paid with a credit card, the funds will be credited to your card. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Restocking Fee: In some cases, we may charge a restocking fee of up to $10 for returns, especially if the shoes are returned without the original packaging or have been opened and used.
Exchanges If you’d like to exchange your shoes for a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item(s) and returning the original shoes. Since our items sell quickly, we cannot guarantee stock availability for exchanges.
